The 2026 Annual California APCO State Training Conference – October 18-21, 2026 at the Town & Country Resort, San Diego, CA will be presenting 52 Professional Training Sessions over the three days of the event. Training Tracks are: Operations/911, Supervision & Management, Emerging Technologies, and Wellness & Compassionate Care.
Included in the Annual State Conference will be two days of exhibits from over 100 exhibitors that provide goods and services to Public Safety.
NOTE: State of California PSAP employees may obtain reimbursement funding from the CalOES ATA funds for attending this event. See our State 9-1-1 page for links to the reimbursement forms.
